TAT (Turnaround time):

Thanks so much for supporting my small business! Most of my items are hand-pressed or made by me. My materials are also ordered once a week for regular weekly orders or after party close for party orders. Because of this please allow between 2 to 4 weeks turnaround time for your order to ship or be ready for pickup unless another timeframe has been discussed and agreed on. Turn around time is an estimate  off business days (Monday-Friday) and I strive to stick by that.

Refunds/Exchanges:

I only accept cancelations on orders before material has been purchased for the order. I inspect all items upon receipt and before packaging. If you happen to find any issues with your order please contact me within 2 business days of delivery/pickup. The heat press can leave press lines which go away with first wash, but if you notice any other defects before washing or wearing please contact me to discuss. No refunds/exchanges  can be given after a shirt has been worn or washed so please inspect your items thoroughly and make sure to follow proper care instructions for washing and drying your shirts.

SHIPPING & LOST/ DAMAGED PACKAGES

All items are dropped off or picked up within 24 business hours after fulfillment. USPS picks up Monday - Friday.
  • Please contact USPS if your package is lost in transit or damaged. We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen or damaged.
  • For lost or stolen packages you will need to file a police report and follow through with your local authorities and post office location about the package theft.
  • If a package is never received by USPS and never scanned, please let us know after 72 hours once picked up. Packages are picked up the following business day.
